Playgroup
Teachers: Ann, Remya
Your little one is taking their first steps into a world of independence, exploration, and connection. Our Playgroup program is built to nurture curiosity, confidence, and a sense of routine, all through purposeful play and gentle guidance.
Children in this age group begin to understand their environment, develop relationships, and express themselves through movement, sound, and interaction. In our thoughtfully prepared environment, they’re free to explore Montessori materials, develop practical life skills, and enjoy sensory-rich experiences.
The day is designed to allow space for both independence and bonding, with activities that build emotional resilience and early learning habits.
A Playgroup child’s day includes:
- Free exploration of Montessori materials
- Circle time with rhymes and movement
- Outdoor play and nature walks
- Group meals and snack-time rituals
- Storytime and music sessions
- Fine and gross motor skill activities
- Language through sound play and picture cards
- Practical life: pouring, folding, and self-care routines

Nursery
Teachers: Ann
At this stage, children are eager to make sense of the world. Our Nursery program channels this natural curiosity into purposeful activity, supporting independence, confidence, and a growing love for learning.
In a mixed-age setup, children learn not just from adults, but also from each other. Older children model skills and routines, while younger ones absorb and mimic. The result is a beautiful cycle of collaboration and social growth.
We focus on early literacy and numeracy through hands-on materials, real-life activities, and play-based learning. Concepts are introduced through the “concrete to abstract” approach, giving each child the time and space to make meaningful connections.
A Nursery child’s day includes:
- Phonics and early literacy activities
- Montessori math materials for number sense
- Theme-based discovery (EVS concepts)
- Sensorial work to sharpen perception
- Outdoor play and physical coordination
- Music, movement, and storytelling
- Grace and courtesy lessons
- Group snack and lunch routines

Lower Kindergarten – LKG
Teachers: Ann, Rani and Remya
Children in LKG are entering a phase of focused learning. They start to seek answers, build patterns, and apply logic. Our LKG program meets this developmental leap with a blend of structure, creativity, and freedom to explore.
We continue with the concrete-to-abstract approach, where concepts are first introduced through hands-on Montessori materials before being extended to books and worksheets. At this stage, language and number skills grow deeper, and children begin expressing themselves more clearly—verbally, emotionally, and creatively.
With a mixed-age environment, learners naturally collaborate, help, and inspire one another. This peer learning forms a strong base for leadership, kindness, and self-regulation.
An LKG child’s day includes:
- Reading readiness and phonetic blending
- Hands-on math with number operations
- Theme-based EVS with real-world connections
- Practical life skills and independence tasks
- Sensorial and cognitive challenges
- Creative expression through art and storytelling
- Outdoor exploration and movement games
- Peer collaboration and role-modeling
